By installing or using Pictwain you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Pictwain is a free photo collage maker with an overlay camera, before and after layouts, projects and grids. It is supported by ads.

Your content

Your photos and collages stay yours. They are stored on your device, and you are responsible for the photos you use and share, including having the right to use them and the consent of people who appear in them. Keep your own copies of important photos: deleting a project or uninstalling the app deletes the copies kept inside it.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
• Do not use the app to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and copyright.
• Do not interfere with the ads, for example by generating fake clicks or impressions.

Ads and third-party services

The app shows ads from Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase. Their use is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by Google's terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including the loss of photos stored in it.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
